"Nicola, I am really pleased with the work you have done for me. You have covered a cushion pad for a particular chair. The cover was very precisely made in a box shape with piped edges and a zip. You centred the fabric design to provide the best effect. You also carefully arranged the fabric design on a small separate seater cushion cover which looks very pleasing.
I have been impressed with the speed and efficiency of your working, On another occasion two pairs of curtains that had shrunk in the wash needed to be lengthened. You worked quickly and professionally and drove 18 miles to my house at short notice to make sure I had the curtains on time and the curtains had been finished beautifully."

"After moving house and being an inconvenient distance from shops Thread & Thimble's contact details were given to me by InMaterial sewing shop in Buntingford, as I did not know anyone who made curtains. The friendly service and professionalism in measuring, styles, types of finishes (a portfolio of previous work was shown) and I advice on how much material I needed to purchase was prompt and easy to follow. Nothing was too much trouble with my numerous questions, particularly when I found material and pattern repeats had to be accurate! Three sets of lined pinch pleat curtains arrived on schedule and we are thrilled with the result and highly recommend. We asked for another window to be measured and for a quote so we could get another pair made once we saw the results. Thank you very much."
